Writing daily is healing
When we write down our thoughts, we have to follow a sequence.
- How did it begin
- What incident triggered it?
- What were your thoughts?
- Why did you become angry?
- Why did it angered you?
When we write our thoughts on paper we are forced to see our thoughts and the patterns.
It’s a matter of time before we realize that we don’t make any sense and it’s all random.
Or
We realize that everything is leading to that one unresolved feeling.
That’s when you start mending things, breaking the pattern because now you are more aware of the pattern.
That’s when the healing begins.
